How we bring you on board
We don't do 6-round marathons. We want to see how you think, how you code, and if we communicate well. Usually takes about two weeks.
Initial Chat
A quick 20-minute call to align on expectations, experience, and what you're looking for in your next role.
Day 1-3Technical Round
Deep dive into your Salesforce knowledge. We'll talk about past projects, Apex limits, LWC challenges, and problem-solving.
Day 5-7Practical Task
A short, real-world assignment. No trick questions, just a chance to show how you structure and write actual code.
Day 8-10Final Sync & Offer
Meet the founders, clear up any final questions on both sides, and we'll extend an offer if it's a match.
